Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible to lead, execute and expand the company cybersecurity program including:  Lead the overall cyber security program including technical solutions & services along with training & awareness initiatives. Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity related job functions. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity or related field is highly preferred, Cybersecurity certifications are a plus

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of IATF16949 process. Document and support development of work instructions, process flow/PFMEA, control plans all PPAP documentation and audit plans. Oversee and ensure quality support is provided for OEM alerts and forever requirements, etc. as needed. Support of APQP process and act as Voice of the Customer (VOC)..

· Document and analyze measurables including monthly KPI’s, CARs, audits, supplier cost reduction efforts and customer score cards. Ensure monthly KPI’s are completed and support quality cost reduction efforts. Support the completion of internal audits for LPA’s, IATF16949, etc. Ensure responses to customer concerns / corrective actions and warranty claims are properly completed and submitted. · Oversee and ensure compliance of Quality Management System. Ensure dates for assigned plant visits are being coordinated and follow up on plant performance issues to ensure they are being addressed. Oversee the support for supplier launches and/or concerns. Ensure proper management of customer specific programs such as Q1, etc. Ensure key dates and launch requirements at build plant are met. Oversee the tracking for internal, external and supplier issues, and reported out monthly

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in in Quality Engineering; Preferred-Masters Degree in Quality Engineering

· 5 to 8 years of TS16949 or IATF16949 experience. Preferred-8 to 10 years of quality management or leadership experience with an automotive manufacturing background. 5 or more years of experience with TS16949 or IATF 16949, Quality Audits, and experience with tier 1 level submission for PPAP for all quality documents. 3 or more years of Environmental Management System and OSHA Requirements

· Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Daily and Overnight Travel when required. Must be willing to travel as required with short notice, if applicable. Must have knowledge of TS16949 or IATF 16949. Must be familiar with MS Office. Preferred: Familiar with IATF:16949, Environmental Management System and OSHA Requirements.   • Assistant to and back up for the Shift Supervisor, including all duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor.

  • Ensure that correct prints are following jobs issued on floor.
  • Comply with the provisions of the O.H.S.A. and requirements and take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of the workers.

  • Verbally and by completing the Shift Leader's Report, communicate with other shift supervisors in matters relating to production and quality (i.e. -problems, production goals being reached, machinery not working properly.)
  • Ensure that employees are following all rules and codes of conduct established in the Employee Handbook.
  • Ensure that employees involved in accidents receive the proper care required. All accidents must be documented on an Accident Report form accurately and completely.
  • Ensure that all new personnel have received appropriate training on their job so that they are aware of Quality, Productivity and Safety requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to production employees (direct reports) which include attendance management and performance management.

  • Maintain inventory on maintenance items in computer system and issue inventory to proper jobs as per job tracking system.

Ground Effects is currently searching for a Machine Maintenance professional to join our growing Maintenance team in Kingsville, Ontario.

In this role, you will be performing preventive maintenance on machines throughout our plastic injection molding facility. You have a strong mechanical background and a good understanding of basic electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics. You have excellent troubleshooting and teamworking skills, possess a positive health and safety attitude and are passionate about continuous improvement.

What You Can Expect From the Role:

The responsibilities of the Machine Maintenance team member are as follows:

  • Ensure that all preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner as per schedules. Any PM activity which results in longer downtime than originally scheduled must be reported to the Maintenance Coordinator.
  • Ensure that all preventive maintenance performed is documented on the PM worksheets or on PM Check sheets.
  • Worksheets are to be handed in after all applicable PM work is complete, check sheets are handed in on the last working day of each month.
  • Ensure that all machine breakdowns are given prompt attention and troubleshoot for the cause of the breakdown. All repairs are to be performed and properly documented.
  • Perform electrical repairs to machinery and/or building requirements.
  • Ensure that any safety issues arising due to machine maintenance are immediately attended to.
  • Inform the Maintenance Coordinator of all parts requirements in regards to preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure that employee Preventive Maintenance activities are taking place and documented on PM Check sheets. Inform the Maintenance Coordinator of any situations where this is being neglected.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Possess?

  • Two years community college in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Must possess a certificate in Industrial Electronic Repair if performing any in depth electronic repairs.
  • Certification as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic a definite asset.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience performing machine maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be familiar with IATF 16949 requirements especially as it relates to machine maintenance activities.
  • Must have a strong mechanical background and have a general understanding of the function and operation of fabrication equipment.
  • Must have blueprint reading knowledge.
  • Must be team oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills a definite asset.
  • Must have excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of basic electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics a definite asset.
  • Must have and maintain an appropriate and valid Ontario Driver's license.

  • Travel may be required.
  • Manual dexterity is required.
